Current categories

Depending on configuration, TechShield may use hosting and database providers, Stripe for payment processing, Microsoft for email and identity integrations, OpenAI for enabled AI features, and monitoring or transactional-email providers.

Customer-controlled integrations

Xero, Microsoft 365, Pax8, Acronis, Adfin and other integrations are enabled by the customer or workspace administrator and are subject to those providers’ terms.

Change notifications

A production subprocessor register should identify provider, purpose, processing location and safeguards. Material additions will be notified in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
