When you request a subscription, contact us or use TechShield, we may collect your contact, company, billing and account information, together with the technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the platform, process payments, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and improve our service. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are not stored by TechShield.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate TechShield, or where required by law. We retain records only for as long as they are needed for service, security, accounting or legal purposes.
